Introduction to Dolomite

Cement raw meal is a kind of raw material that consists of calcareous raw material, clayey raw material and a small amount of correction raw material (sometimes mineralizer and crystal seed are added, and coal is added during shaft kiln production) in proportion and ground to a certain fineness. According to different cement production methods, raw meal can be divided into raw slurry, raw meal powder, raw meal ball and raw meal block. They are applicable to the requirements of wet, dry, semi dry and semi wet production respectively. No matter what form of raw meal, it is required that the chemical composition is stable, and the fineness and moisture shall meet the requirements of different production methods, so as not to affect the calcination of the kiln and the quality of clinker.

Application of cement raw meal

1. Use of raw meal powder: for dry rotary kiln and shaft kiln calcined by white raw meal method.

2. Black raw meal: the raw meal discharged from the mill contains all the coal required for calcination. It is used in shaft kiln calcined by all black raw meal method.

3. Semi black raw meal: the raw meal discharged from the mill contains only a part of the coal required for calcination. It is used in shaft kiln calcined by semi black raw meal method.

4.Raw slurry: raw material used in wet production. Generally, the moisture content is about 32% ~ 40%.

Stage I: Crushing of raw materials

The large cement raw meal material is crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the grinding mill.

Stage II: Grinding

The crushed cement raw meal small materials are sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill evenly and quantitatively by the feeder for grinding.

Stage III: Classifying

The milled materials are graded by the grading system, and the unqualified powder is graded by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re grinding.

Stage V: Collection of finished products

The powder conforming to the fineness flows through the pipeline with the gas and enters the dust collector for separation and collection. The collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then packaged by the powder tanker or automatic packer.
