Raw material testing
In the wet desulfurization system, the fineness of limestone powder, CaCO3 content and reaction flexibility are all important factors restricting the desulfurization efficiency of limestone desulfurizer. The finer limestone particles have high reaction rate, faster absorption of SO2 gas, high desulfurization efficiency and limestone utilization rate. Generally, when the residue of 0.063mm sieve is less than 10%, it can meet the particle size requirements for desulfurization. The finer the particle size, the more conducive to gas-liquid reaction and improve SO2 gas absorption. Therefore, the quality of limestone is very important to improve the desulfurization efficiency of small production.
