Shovel Blade

The shovel blade is used to shovel the material up and send it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for grinding. The shovel blade is at the lower end of the roller, the shovel and roller turn together to shovel the material into a cushion material layer between the roller ring, the material layer is crushed by extrusion force generated by roller rotation to make powder. The size of the shovel is directly related to the space of mill. If the shovel is too large, it will affect the normal operation of the grinding equipment. If it is too small, the material will not be shoveled. When configuring the mill equipment, we can configure the shovel blade reasonably according to the hardness of the grinding material and the mill model. If the hardness of the material is relatively high, the use time will be shorter. Please note that during the use of the shovel blade, some wet materials or iron blocks will have a great impact on the blade, which may accelerate the wear of the blade, and the blade will be severely worn. If it can’t lift the material, then it should be replaced.
