A large calcium carbonate enterprise in ChongQing province has ordered a HC1700 grinding mill for calcium carbonate plant from our factory, the final particle size is 250 mesh D90, and with the output of 15t/h. Calcium carbonate is used as a raw material for building materials, ceramics, glass, lime, cement, etc. It is also used to make chalk, putty, artificial stone, fillers, pigments, neutralizers, polishing agents, etc. We learned the feedback from the customer that this calcium carbonate Raymond machine operates stably, has high grinding efficiency while requires low energy consumption.

HC1700 grinding mill belongs to our HC series Raymond mill which takes only 1/3 footprint of the conventional Raymond mill, which greatly saves investment in plant, infrastructure and management costs. The residual air outlet of the mill has equipped a pulse bag filter, which has a dust collection efficiency of 99.9%. All the positive pressure parts of the host are sealed, and a dust-free processing workshop is basically realized.
