Phosphorus slag is a solid industrial waste produced during the production of yellow phosphorus. Its chemical composition is: Ca0: 47-52%, Si02: 40-43%, P20s: 0.8-2.5%, Al203: 2-5%, Fe203: 0.8-3.0%, F: 2.5-3%. The potential mineral phases are pseudowollastonite, lance spar, and a small amount of apatite. About 90% of its structure is made of glass, and for each ton of yellow phosphorus produced by the electric furnace method, 8-10 tons of phosphorus residue are produced as a by-product. Currently, the utilization rate of waste residue is not high, and a large amount of waste residue is stacked in the sky, which not only occupies a large amount of land, but also P20s and other harmful elements in phosphorus residue can seep into the ground in the rain, causing water pollution and soil pollution.
