Main pollution producing links and disposal methods of heavy calcium and filling master batch:
(1) Waste gas treatment
Calcium carbonate powder production line: the main pollution factor is particulate matter, and the following (left) pollution generation link → (right) disposal method. Marble unloading dust → in the process of unloading, spray water by fog gun spray to reduce dust; Marble yard dust → set automatic spraying device around the raw material yard to spray dust suppression; Add dust-proof net, enclosure and other measures on three sides of the yard; Stone washing and feeding dust → During the feeding process, a fog monitor is set in the feeding area to spray dust.
Level I crushing dust → install sprinklers at the feed inlet to improve the wetness of crushing materials, install closed dust cover at the opening, and install flexible cord fabric at the outlet to avoid dust overflow; Secondary crushing dust → Secondary crushing is carried out in a relatively confined space under a slight negative pressure. It is discharged through a 25m exhaust funnel DA001 after being treated by a bag filter.
Grinding → the tail gas circulates inside the equipment after being treated by the mill’s own bag filter; Packaging dust → independent packaging area. Waste gas is collected by negative pressure and treated by bag filter; Packaging dust → independent packaging area. Waste gas is collected under negative pressure and treated by bag filter.
Plastic masterbatch production line: the main pollution factors are particulate matter and organic waste gas. Feeding dust → Three sides of enclosure shall be set for feeding, and semi closed operation shall be carried out, and the cover shall be covered immediately after feeding; Extrusion process → after being treated by water spray tower+low-temperature plasma device+activated carbon adsorption device, it is discharged through 25m exhaust funnel (DA002, DA003, DA004, DA005).
(2) Wastewater
The main pollution factor is SS (suspended solids). Stone washing wastewater → water shall be recycled after flocculation and sedimentation treatment in sedimentation tank, and shall not be discharged; Spray tower wastewater → Spray tower wastewater is recycled and not discharged, and fresh water is replenished regularly; Cooling water for plastic masterbatch → recycled and not discharged; Vehicle washing wastewater → it is recycled after being treated in the vehicle washing wastewater sedimentation tank in the factory.
(3) Solid waste
The main solid wastes include sediment, unqualified raw materials, collected dust, waste activated carbon, etc. Sediment → filtered by filter press and sold to nearby brick factories for comprehensive utilization; Sorting of unqualified raw materials → temporary storage for building materials; Collect dust → return to production line; Waste activated carbon → entrusted to a third party for disposal.
Common technical equipment for dust and organic waste gas treatment
(1) Dust control
At present, the particle control measures include dry and wet type, and dry type includes gravity dust remover, inertial dust remover, cyclone dust remover, bag type dust remover and electrostatic precipitator. The wet type includes spray tower, impact dust collector, Venturi detergent, foam dust collector and water film dust collector. The production dust of heavy calcium carbonate and filler masterbatch is mainly calcium powder or raw material of back-end products, so the wet process may not be considered temporarily.
(2) Organic waste treatment
There are many common methods to treat organic waste gas: absorption method, photo oxidation catalysis, activated carbon adsorption method and catalytic combustion method.
Among them, the purification efficiency of liquid absorption method is 60% – 80%, which is suitable for treating organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume, but there is secondary pollution. The purification rate of catalytic combustion method is 95%, which is suitable for treating organic waste gas with high concentration and small air volume. The disadvantage is that the requirements for the treatment object are strict and the gas temperature is required to be high. In order to improve the temperature of waste gas, a large amount of fuel will be consumed, so the operation cost is high. The purification efficiency of the activated carbon adsorption method is 60% – 70%, and the purification efficiency of the secondary activated carbon is 70%. For the treatment of organic waste gas with large air volume and low concentration, this method is considered to be the most mature and reliable technology at home and abroad.
