Talc is also know as soapstone, it is a soft silicate with low hardness. Currently, vertical mill is one of the main talc vertical mill for its superior final fineness and high throughput. Talc is generally ground into 80-2500 mesh to be used as raw materials in papermaking, cables, rubber and other sectors.

Capacity: 5-700t/h
Fineness: 200-325 mesh (75-44μm)

HLM Talc Vertical Roller Grinding Mill is able to process 80-600 mesh, it integrates crushing, drying, grinding, grading, and conveying in one set. The whole equipment system has compact structure, and only takes the footprint of 50% than that of the ball mill. It can be installed outside which directly reduces the initial investment.

(2) HLMX Superfine Grinding Mill
Max feeding size: 20mm
Capacity: 4-40t/h
Fineness: 325-2500 mesh

HLMX Superfine Grinding Mill can process 325-2500 mesh fineness, and the fineness can reach 3μm (3000 mesh) when using secondary classification system. This mill has the maximum capacity of 40 tons per hour. It uses PLC automatic control system for remote control and reliable and stable running. The equipment runs under full negative pressure and is equipped with a dust removal system, which has good energy saving and environmental protection effects.
